Simple guide to using the panel and Discord bot

This page explains how the panel and Discord bot work without going into technical details. You will find a member section, an admin section, and a Discord section.

Get started quickly

01
I am a member
Check your dashboard, verify your FID, fill in your scores, and use the SvS or transfer pages when they are open.
02
I am an admin
Manage FIDs, create accounts, launch synchronizations, check powers, and prepare the Discord link.
03
I am setting up Discord
Invite the bot, link the server to the panel with /setup and /verify, then choose the right channels with /configure.

Panel member guide

For everyone

The panel is your main space to track your account and your alliance activity.

What you can do
  • Log in with your account.
  • Check that your FID is linked to your profile.
  • View your game information and power.
  • See alliance members.
  • Save your event scores.
  • Use the SvS and transfer pages when available.
Most useful pages
  • Dashboard: your main page to view your profile and shortcuts.
  • Alliance: the global view of members, powers, and roles.
  • Events: the pages where you add and view your scores.
  • SvS and transfer: registration and tracking pages when a schedule is open.
Good habits
  • Check your FID as soon as you receive your account.
  • Fill in your scores regularly instead of catching up at the end.
  • Contact an admin if something seems incorrect.
  • Use the panel as the main reference even if you also use Discord.

Panel admin guide

Admins only

The admin page helps keep the alliance clean and the data reliable for everyone.

Your main tasks
  • Add and verify FIDs.
  • Create member and admin accounts.
  • Associate each account with the correct FID.
  • Launch player synchronization.
  • Check powers, nicknames, and roles.
  • Complete certain data if needed.
Most important admin tools
  • FID list: to prepare and clean the player database.
  • Account management: to create, edit, or delete panel access.
  • Synchronization: to update game data.
  • Exports: to produce reports and participation tracking.
  • Planner maps: to organize the map and alliance positions.
  • Discord API Key: to link the bot to the panel.
Recommended routine
  • Check new players and their FIDs.
  • Rerun synchronization after a major change.
  • Monitor abnormal power values.
  • Prepare exports before reports or end of month.
  • Keep the database clean by avoiding duplicates and unnecessary accounts.
Add scores with images
  • Administrators can import Bear event scores directly from a screenshot. Click 'Add score with images' on the admin page, select the Bear event, upload a leaderboard screenshot, run OCR, then apply the matched scores to save them automatically.

Discord bot guide

Discord server

The Discord bot makes it faster to use panel data from your server.

What the bot is for
  • Display the member list.
  • View scores for an event.
  • Add or remove an FID.
  • Add a score or correct power.
  • Launch an alliance gift code.
  • Receive automatic alerts in dedicated channels.
Getting started
  • Retrieve the panel URL and Discord API Key from the admin page.
  • Invite the bot to the Discord server.
  • Run /setup with the panel URL and API key.
  • Then validate the link with /verify.
  • Test the connection with /status then /members.
Useful configuration
  • Use /configure to restrict commands to a role or channel.
  • Set a channel for the activity feed.
  • Set a channel for power drop alerts.
  • Set a channel for the weekly summary.
  • Keep Discord as a handy tool, but use the panel as the main reference.

Remember

The panel remains the main source of truth. The Discord bot is a practical add-on to move faster, but if something seems wrong, check the panel first.
